Senior Rugby in Canterbury
Senior Rugby encompasses all rugby across our region for those above Under 18, from Colts through to Classics.
Senior Men’s Rugby
In Canterbury, Senior Men’s Rugby includes the grades above Under 18, from Colts through to Classics and is the home of our Premier Men’s Competitions.
Our three Sub-Unions manage various grades in this range, while there are also Country Combined Competitions between Ellesmere, North Canterbury and Mid Canterbury.

Senior Women’s Rugby
Our Bascik Transport Women’s competition is one of the largest women’s open grades in the country and has two grades for 2023 - Bascik Transport Women’s Premier and Premier Reserve.
