Canterbury squad announced for the 2024 Farah Palmer Cup presented by Bunnings Warehouse

This year features over 10 potential debutants from across the region, bringing fresh talent and energy to the Canterbury FPC team. Alongside these exciting new players, we're thrilled to welcome back many names to the squad, including Terauoriwa Gapper, Stacey Niao, Laura Bayfield, and Emma Dermody, who will provide a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Mona Paraki, Head Coach, says he is “eager to see what the players create together on the field. I’m really excited about the mix we have this year”.

Canterbury certainly grows great rugby players, with 10 of our wāhine currently in camp with the Black Ferns squad.

Canterbury’s FPC season kicks off August 10th V Counties Manukau. Round 2 on August 18th will see their first home game versus Waikato, at Rugby Park, 2:05pm.
