Canterbury have booked their place in the 2013 ITM Cup Final with a 56 – 26 point win over Auckland at AMI Stadium (Addington) on Saturday night.


Canterbury steal a late victory from courageous Counties

A courageous effort by Counties Manukau nearly ruined a sunny Sunday afternoon out for Canterbury rugby fans. The Steelers were leading at the 60 minute mark and were on course to create an upset, but the red and blacks finally found form in the final quarter to claim a 38-23 win.

Canterbury run in ten tries to thrash Turbos

Despite slippery conditions in Christchurch on Wednesday night, Canterbury put on an exciting display of running rugby to crush Manawatu with ten tries to one. Powerful winger Milford Keresoma claimed four of those tries, and rookie number ten Richie Mo’unga played a superb debut amassing 27 of Canterbury’s 72 points.
